Easy Jalapeno, Cheddar and Corn Biscuits

Went to my friend’s house for lunch this weekend and made some quick and delicious biscuit bites. It took about 20 minutes total, including heating the oven up. I kept with the “semi-homemade” theme.

What you need:

1 package Bisquick Complete Three Cheese Biscuits

1 garlic clove, chopped

1 scallion, chopped

1/3 cup of frozen corn

1/2 jalapeno, seeds removed, chopped

1/2 cup of shredded cheese, your choice

Set oven to the package instructions. All the bisquick requires is a 1/2 cup of water. Chop jalapeno, be careful not to touch your eyes if you don’t use gloves (I recommend gloves). Add all ingredients to the batter.

Spoon on to a sheet pan. Cook until golden brown. Serve warm!! You could also serve with a garlic butter. Mince some garlic, saute lightly in butter but do not let it burn and mix with softened butter.
