Sausage Biscuits

I love biscuits. See one of my first posts for “Brinner.”

Something that is easy and delicious is taking those pre-cooked sausage patties, cook until they are soft but not necessarily all the way unfrozen and set aside.

With a serrated knife, cut biscuit dough in half.  Put a sausage patty into each uncooked biscuit.  Bake according to the directions on the package.

An added touch is half-way through the biscuit time, drizzle over the top with honey.

When they’re flaky and golden serve warm and enjoy!
